By accessing or using the EasyFIE platform, creating an account, or interacting with any of our integrated services (Marketplace, Builder, Social), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. EasyFIE cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
3. Content and Conduct
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are completely responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
4. Marketplace Transactions
When participating in the EasyFIE Marketplace as a buyer or seller, you agree that EasyFIE acts only as a facilitator of transactions. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
