LGU+ Sparky cheers on LG Twins as they advance to the Korean Series
LG U+ [032640] announced today that it will launch a live streaming content, "Spoki Live Talk," on its sports community platform, Spoki, to celebrate the LG Twins' entry into the Korean Series.
KBS-KBSN commentators Park Yong-taek and Yoo Hee-kwan, who worked together on Spoki's original content "Metro Pak," will host the live chat on the 7th of this month, when the first game of the Korean Series is held.
Park and former LG Twins pitching coach Kim Yong-soo, who was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 1994 Korean Series, will appear on the 11th for Game 4. Former LG Twins players and Choi Ji-Man, who played for the San Diego Padres in Major League Baseball (ML this year, will also contribute to the conversation.
LG U+ will also give away signed jerseys, hats, and chicken giftycons to viewers of the Spooky LiveTalk.
The company plans to expand LiveTalk to other sports that are of high interest to viewers, and to increase the number of original productions available on Spoki in addition to sports coverage and news.
The LG Twins are looking to win their first Korean Series title in 29 years, since 1994.
