Refrigerant R22 also known as HCFC-22 is the most common refrigerant in residential and commercial air conditioning, and some very large centrifugal chillers for air conditioning and industrial process cooling. It has also been installed more in refrigeration since the phaseout of CFCs, both as a pure refrigerant and in blends. R-22 can no longer be used in new equipment, but the available products can be used to service existing systems.

When you buy from Refrigerants Center, inc, you can be confident that our products are brand new 100% virgin refrigerant that meets or exceeds the ARI-700 standards.

Product will be shipped using UPS Hazmat Ground/Freight Service. R134a tetrafluoroethane is an inert gas used primarily as a "high-temperature" refrigerant for domestic refrigeration and automobile air conditioners. R-134a is the global standard for new mobile air conditioning and can be utilized to retrofit existing r-12 mobile air conditioning systems. Other uses include plastic foam blowing (as a cleaning solvent), a propellant for the delivery of pharmaceuticals, wine cork removers, gas dusters and in air driers for removing the moisture from compressed air.
