Sunshine has created this fine buckle, deeply stamped using a shooting star design. A large oval turquoise cabochon sits in the center in a hand made bezel. The gem is from the old Harcross claim located in the extreme Northwest corner of Nevada. The claim was discovered in the 1930s and was mined sporadically. It was renamed Stone Mountain in the 1970s, mined a bit by hand then sold to a gold exploration company. The natural cabochon in this piece is a superb example of the very finest gem grade.
