1. Don't let the viewer go

Imagine that the viewer is "hooked" on your teaser or title, and turns on the video.

In order to get him to finish the video, include a dynamic cut of the most emotional, helpful, or simply unexpected parts of the story at the beginning of the video.

Another option is to promise something especially interesting at the end of the video (a prank, a secret, a tip).

The viewer will watch the video more closely to "catch" all the interesting episodes from the cut and get the promised important information at the end.

What will your viewer do when the clip ends? Go to another channel? Not a good scenario. To retain users, YouTube came up with playlists - collections of videos on the same topic or in the same format. 

2. Set up collaborations.

Try to arrange joint videos with more popular bloggers who make videos for similar audiences.

Usually, this format of collaboration is very popular with entertainment channels: bloggers participate in challange, go live or record storis together.
