Production Process:
Prepare the necessary materials, including high-quality concrete and steel rebar, to ensure the strength and durability of the electric poles.
Process the steel rebar to the correct length in advance to meet the requirements of prestressed concrete poles.
Place the steel rebar into the concrete pole mold and bind the straight and circular rebar to form a support frame.
Pour concrete into the mold, close the two parts of the mold to form a complete section, and secure them tightly with bolts.
Place the mold with concrete on a centrifugal or spinning machine and rotate at high speed to ensure the concrete adheres evenly to the mold walls.
Remove the mold from the centrifugal machine and place it in a steam pool to accelerate the solidification of the concrete. After this step, the concrete will be 95% solidified.
Remove the mold and place the concrete pole in the storage area.
