The diameter size of these magnets are smaller than height size, they are referred to as cylinder(rod) magnets. Its express way is the same as disc neodymium magnets. Due to extra strong magnetic force, cylinder(rod) magnets of rare earth neodymium have wide application range. The smallest diameter of cylinder neodymium magnets is 1 mm . The longest neodymium cylinder(rod) magnets we made is 100 mm long, which is the magnetized direction. We list out some sizes of which are regularly supplied. Any sizes can be customized without tooling fee.

Methods of Neodymium Rod Magnets Manufacturing
Neodymium cylinder magnets or neodymium rod magnets are usually made by cutting from longer semi-products of NdFeB cylinder magnets. Still some smaller NdFeB cylinder/cylindrical magnets are made from semi-products of block neodymium magnets. Cut the bigger semi-products of block neodymium cylinder magnets for sale into many smaller near size block magnets, then grind the smaller magnet blocks into the round. Just because of the round shape, it also called as round neodymium magnets.

Direction of magnetic for Neodymium Rod Magnets for sale
Most of neodymium cylinder/rod /cylindrical magnets are axially magnetized(magnetized through length). We also produced some diametrical magnetized cylinder/rod magnets, which are used as jewelry magnets, such as small cylinder magnets D4x10mm, D5x5mm, D6x6mm.

Applications of cylinder magnets for sale
As Neodymium cylinder magnets(rod magnets) have larger dimension in height than in diameter. They are ideal for applications requiring the embedding of magnets with more than average length, and widely used in medical, sensors, switches, meters.
For small neodymium cylinder magnet with extreme magnetic energy and coercive force, although it has extreme small body. Which make it get widely used in modern industry, electronic technology and medical industry.
