Insulation boards made of polyisocyanurate, or PIR, are utilized for full fill cavity wall applications. The boards' engineered tongue and groove joint profile, which also offers protection from wind-driven rain, allows for optimal thermal performance (0.021 W/m.K). PIR boards can be fitted as a full fill solution with little to no residual cavity, or as a full fill solution with a residual cavity of up to 10mm.
