which has to register legally under Ipindia. This logo or word mark can be representative of any company or any product. A trademark could even be registered if it is a sound, a scent, or any color which identifies the source of good or service. Trademark are categorized on the basis of classes... a total 45 classes are there in which class 1 to class 34 are for products and class 35 to 45 are for services.. for eg if anyone is a manufacturer or trader of any clothing or footwear products then the brand has be to registered under class 25 and if anyone is into insurance, financial services or real estate affairs then one should register under class 36. So when we file any application for trademark we have to be specific of the class in which it falls along with proper good/service
